Featured Artists of JTNP Art Expo Juried Exhibitions
Year after year Joshua Tree National Park Art Exposition has proudly presented exceptional artists in the annual JTNP Art Expo juried exhibition. Each year the Call for Art receives overwhelming response from artists in the desert region and across the United States, Canada, and around the globe. Following are the exhibition catalogs from each year, which include the artwork and bios of the juried artists. Join us in celebrating these artists whose artwork depicts or is inspired by the natural aspects and/or cultural history of Joshua Tree National Park. The annual JTNP Art Expo is presented by Joshua Tree National Park Council for the Arts in partnership with the 29 Palms Artists’ Guild, both 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations based in Twentynine Palms, California.
2023 JTNP Juried Exhibition Featured Artists
EXHIBITION NOVEMBER 2023 ...click catalog image on the left to view FULL CATALOG | Joshua Tree National Park Art Exposition is a juried art exhibition and celebration of art, culture, and park history at the Oasis of Mara in Twentynine Palms, CA. The 2023 juried exhibition received 337 pieces of art submitted by 140 artists from the desert region and across California, the U.S., and Canada. After the jurying process, 64 artworks inspired by Joshua Tree National Park were selected. The juried exhibition is on display with works for sale at the historic 29 Palms Art Gallery (Nov. 2–26, 2023).

The 2022 juried exhibition received 285 pieces of art submitted by 123 artists from the desert region and across California and the U.S. After the jurying process, 60 artworks inspired by Joshua Tree National Park were selected. The juried exhibition is on display with works for sale at the historic 29 Palms Art Gallery (Nov. 3–27, 2022).

The 2021 juried exhibition received 253 art entries submitted by 108 artists from the desert region and across California, the U.S., and England. After the jurying process, 60 artists were selected for the juried exhibition, which features artwork depicting or inspired by the natural aspects or cultural history of Joshua Tree National Park.

The 2020 juried exhibition Call for Art received 228 pieces of art submitted by 96 artists from the desert region and across California and the United States. After the jurying process, 61 artists were selected for the juried exhibition, which features artwork depicting or inspired by the natural aspects or cultural history of Joshua Tree National Park. The exhibition is on display with works for sale at the historic 29 Palms Art Gallery from November 1 to 29, 2020, and is featured on the website www.jtnpARTS.org. The Art Expo is presented by Joshua Tree National Park Council for the Arts in partnership with the 29 Palms Artists’ Guild, both 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations based in Twentynine Palms, California.
